Story of Edward the Black Prince

As one of the most successful English commanders during the Hundred Years’ War, Edward was called as the Black Prince.
In 1346, Prince Edward commanded the vanguard at the Battle of Crecy. He led the English army to defend the French charges. At least 1,000 French noble men-at-arms and 12,000 knights were killed in the battle. This number of the English army was around 300.
In 1356 Prince Edward set out on another expedition, undertaken with the intention of passing through France to Normandy. He captured King John II in Battle of Poitiers, which won him great honor.

Conclusions:

According to the data above, we can draw the following conclusions.
  1. Buffs to ranged troops:

  • Mehmed II provides the most significant buff to ranged troops’ attack, but his buffs to defense and HP are lacking. Edward the Black Prince is more well-rounded than him, and offers the second-highest buff to attack.
  • Edward the Black Prince provides the best HP buff to ranged troops among these generals, but his buff to defense is minimal.
  • Himako, Jumong, and Vladimir the Great offer relatively balanced buffs to ranged troops, with Jumong providing the better overall buff than the other two.
  1. Debuffs to enemy troops:

  • Edward the Black Prince primarily weakens enemy mounted troops, debuffing them in attack, defense, and HP, especially HP. The other 4 generals don’t have such pure debuff attributes.
  • Himiko inflicts the most debuffs on enemy mounted troops’ attacks, and her weakening of enemy ranged troops’ attacks is also quite good, but she lacks debuffs on defense and HP.
  • Vladimir the Great and Mehmed II both have debuffs on enemy ground and mounted troops, but Vladimir the Great primarily weakens attack, targeting all troop types, while Mehmed II’s debuffs are concentrated on defense and HP of ground and mounted troops.
  • Jumong has the fewest debuff attributes among these generals.
